Orders placed on the website are processed after payment confirmation and are delivered through partner courier services within Romania and to countries of the European Union.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Estimated delivery time:
- 1–5 business days for Romania
- 2–10 business days for European Union countries

The delivery cost is calculated automatically based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the parcel, in accordance with the courier’s policy.

At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an email with delivery details and a tracking number.

Delivery is considered completed when the parcel is handed over to the customer or to the person designated at the delivery address.

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons beyond our control (incorrect data, recipient absence, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery or cancel the order.
