The services provided by ILAB24 STUDIO SRL consist of digital content and personalized digital services, namely the creation and management of memorial pages accessible via QR code.

Right of Withdrawal
Under European Union law, consumers generally benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal.
This right does not apply to digital content or digital services whose provision has begun with the user’s explicit consent.

By completing the payment and checking the consent box, the user:
- requests the immediate start of the digital service;
- confirms that they waive their 14-day right of withdrawal once the service provision has begun.

Refunds
Refunds may be granted exclusively in the following situations:
- the service has not yet been activated (the memorial page and the QR code have not been created);
- a technical error occurred that is attributable to the platform;
- a duplicate or erroneous payment was made.

Refunds are not granted:
- after the memorial page has been created and the QR code has been generated;
- for subscription periods that have been fully or partially used;
- in the event of voluntary deletion of the account by the user;
- if the user decides not to continue using the service after activation.

Data Deletion
At the user’s request, personal data may be deleted in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.
The deletion of data or the user account does not give rise to any right to a refund.
